I cannot authorize a payment on my online banking platform

If you have issues with logging in or authorizing payments on the online banking platform of your bank, please contact the Customer Support of your bank. 

MyBank is an online solution offered by banks and PSPs via their online banking. Access credentials and security codes are managed by banks, MyBank does not play any role in this respect. 

MyBank does not impose any limit on the amount of money that can be transferred via our solution. Banks may place caps in compliance with the contractual provisions that apply to customers.
