If you wish to pay with MyBank and you are a customer of Fineco, you need to ensure that you have activated Instant Payments (both Italia and Estero) and that your limit is high enough to enable your payments to go through.

This can be done via your Fineco online banking portal.

If you have already done the necessary but still have issues you can reach out to our Support, please fill in the online form.
